Disobedience Produces Losses

But if you rebel and become disobedient you’ll be devoured.
Obedience brings rivers of prosperity and success but disobedience brings drought and poverty.

Isaiah 1:19-20 (AMP)
“If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land;
But if you refuse and rebel, you will be devoured by the sword. For the mouth of the Lord has spoken it.”

Principles and laws of Prosperity

1. Obedience

Deuteronomy 28:1 (AMP)
If you will listen diligently to the voice of the Lord your God, being watchful to do all His commandments which I command you this day, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth.

Deuteronomy 28:12 (AMP)
The Lord shall open to you His good treasury, the heavens, to give the rain of your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hands; and you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.

If you shall hear the Word of the Lord your God, He shall lift you up.

God doesn’t bless a lazy person.

2. Diligence

God blesses the hand of the diligent. Some people are good with starting things but fail to finish them.
Apostle Paul says, “Those who refuse to work should not be given food.
They are order less and undisciplined, people without purpose.”

2 Thessalonians 3:10-11 (AMP)
For while we were yet with you, we gave you this rule and charge: If anyone will not work, neither let him eat.
Indeed, we hear that some among you are disorderly [that they are passing their lives in idleness, neglectful of duty], being busy with other people’s affairs instead of their own and doing no work.

Proverbs 10:4-5 (AMP)
He becomes poor who works with a slack and idle hand, but the hand of the diligent makes rich.
He who gathers in summer is a wise son, but he who sleeps in harvest is a son who causes shame.

Proverbs 12:24 (AMP)
The hand of the diligent will rule, but the slothful will be put to forced labor.

Proverbs 22:9 (AMP)
He who has a bountiful eye shall be blessed, for he gives of his bread to the poor.

The diligent evaluate the work of their hands. Don’t wait for others to evaluate you.
Ask yourself what have you done since you were born.

Where do you start? Find the problem closest to you and solve it.
Don’t just be a follower, have purpose.
Uncommon achievers set uncommon goals.
Don’t make your boss regret why he employed you. Find a solution to your employer’s problems.
South Africa fails because we’ve deployed ministers and officials because of friendship.
Purse correction from the one who pays you. Don’t be angry when your boss corrects.
What you sow you shall reap. Accept review with thankfulness.
3. Knowledge (Wisdom)

Proverbs 10:14 (AMP)
Wise men store up knowledge [in mind and heart], but the mouth of the foolish is a present destruction.

Rich people are generally knowledgeable. Blessed is the man who acquires knowledge.
Learn to find gifts and skills planted around or within you.

Proverbs 13:3; 6

What you love and have passion is a clue that you’ll special wisdom in that area.
What is that you love? When you find what you love, you’ll know what to do.
When you find your wisdom you’ll be paid to solve problems with it.

4. Waiting (Patience)

The problem is we don’t want to wait. We want quick, microwave things.
There are people who don’t want to wait. They invest now and want returns immediately.
Good investors invest for long term not short term, not minding some losses for more gain.
What have you done for the past 10 years? What are you planning for the next years?
There many people who purchase things for pleasure but no future.
Never invest in pleasures, invest in the future.

5. Mentorship

Be teachable. Have a mentor, someone qualified to impart knowledge on you.
If you can’t keep a 100 bucks you can’t keep a thousand. How many millions have passed your hands?
Don’t be loser. Who are you pursuing? Which three questions have you asked about money?
Who did you ask, and what are you doing with the answers? You need advice and a mentor.
Have a financial advisor. No one will force you to pursue knowledge, it’s your choice.

6. Integrity

Fulfil as you promised.

Arise and Shine – 31 December 2014

Isaiah 60:1 – Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.

Isaiah 60: – 10: Who are these that fly along like clouds, like doves to their nests? Surely the islands look to me; in the lead are the ships of Tarshish, bringing your children from afar, with their silver and gold, to the honor of the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, for he has endowed you with splendor. Foreigners will rebuild your walls, and their kings will serve you. Though in anger I struck you, in favor I will show you compassion. (NIV)

It’s time to pick yourself up. In 2015, shine for your light has come.
For the glory of God has risen upon you.
Not the Shekinah glory but heaviness, meaning wealth, prosperity and integrity.
The glory that people can see.

Genesis 31:1 – And he heard the words of Laban’s sons, saying, “Jacob hath taken away all that was our father’s; and from that which was our father’s hath he gotten all this glory.” (KJV)

When you’re poor people don’t recognise you.
Your gift will make room for you and lead you before great men.

Isaiah 44:26 – That confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth the counsel of his messengers; that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built, and I will raise up the decayed places thereof:

God wants glory to rest upon you. Some of you in March next year will have your own franchise.
The very thing you’ve been looking for will come knocking at your door.
God wants to bring to Christians because pagans with money lack respect.
You must replace pagans in leadership positions.

God says, “Some of you went through a lot last year, but this year he’s going to show you mercy.
Mercy is knocking at your door.” The very thing that was pulling you down, God is going to use to lift you up.

The glory of God shall be seen upon you. You’ve been eating bread with tears but things are turning now.

Haggai 2:4-8

Yet now be strong, O Zerubbabel, saith the Lord; and be strong, O Joshua, son of Josedech, the high priest; and be strong, all ye people of the land, saith the Lord, and work: for I am with you, saith the Lord of hosts:
According to the word that I covenanted with you when ye came out of Egypt, so my spirit remaineth among you: fear ye not.
For thus saith the Lord of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land; And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the Lord of hosts.
The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the Lord of hosts. (KJV)

Don’t be discouraged, the days of failure and poverty are over. The spirit of the Lord is upon you.
You don’t have to fight, God will prepare a place for you.

Isaiah 45:3 – I will give you hidden treasures, riches stored in secret places, so that you may know that I am the Lord, the God of Israel, who summons you by name.
