Temptation

Pastor Blessings

Matthew 4:1-11

Everything you profess will be tested. After Jesus was confirmed, the very same spirit led him by another road. He was led into the wilderness and tempted. The very same spirit that said, “This is my son”, led him to the wilderness. In the wilderness there are scorpions, serpents and scorching heat.

Wilderness means loneliness, no supply, thirst, no wells. It is better even when you pass through the wilderness, that you are led by the spirit of God. Moses says to God, “If you are not going with us, let us not move”.

When you are being tempted, the family and friends will come and ask you, “If you are a child of God, why are you suffering? You have left your ancestors and traditions for Jesus, but why is he not helping you? If you pray, why are you asking for food?”. Jesus was tempted in every way, for him to get back the authority and power that the first Adam lost to satan in the garden of Eden.

When Jesus was being tempted by the devil in the wilderness, the devil wanted to erase what God had said to Jesus, out of his mind and heart.

In the end, Jesus overcame the devil and angels came to serve him. When you go through the wilderness do not blame others, it had to happen. Before another rank of honour, promotion, and anointing, you have to pass through the wilderness.

If you want to make it, keep on going. Everything has time. When challenges come, it feels like the longest night of your life, but joy comes in the morning. Say to God, “If you leave me, beasts are going to devour me. I am not going to survive here.”

    VICTORY RACE, NEVER STOP RUNNING!

The children of Abraham need to understand that the race we run is not a normal race, But a marathon! there is no ” Aaah! am done! i won” NO! You will overtake the devil, But that does not mean its over you won! its only for that moment because he will try by all means to come for you again, again and again that’s why we always have to be shrewd as snakes and innocent as doves at all times!..

Remember our race its not ran like the race of the one who does not know LORD JESUS THE CHRIST! Yours will be ran in good meaner and on top of that, with ten times gravity compare to others…and your feet will move regard less of the gravity because your destiny will lead the way in the wilderness… step 1: Matthew 6:33 > step 2: Isaiah 43vs19 > step 3: Isaiah 41vs10 > step 4: Ezekiel 12vs28 > step 5: Isaiah 55vs11… That’s a power sentence that will complete you.AMEN
